About Me
Hi! I'm Katie Smith, a proud ISR Instructor located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. I've been coaching swimming since 1998 when I began teaching traditional swim lessons in Central Florida. In 2009, I made the incredible decision to train as an ISR Instructor, first serving families in the greater Washington DC area and now teaching little ones in South Florida!
Even when I'm not teaching, I'm always doing something in the water - from wake surfing, SCUBA, snorkeling, and paddle boarding, it's the mermaid life for my daughter and me! I know that by teaching your child to be safe in and around the water, they can fully enjoy the incredible waters where we live, too.
HOW IS ISR DIFFERENT?
Each ISR lesson is custom-tailored to your child, teaching them the self rescue swimming skills that are developmentally appropriate through one-on-one lessons.
